Dr. Mario E. Lacouture, is a board-certified dermatologist with special interest in dermatologic conditions that result from cancer treatments. Dr. Lacouture’s career has been focused on the recognition and management of side effects affecting the skin, hair, and nails of cancer patients and survivors. These effects can occur as a consequence of chemotherapy, radiation therapy, or therapeutic transplants.

Eileen F. Gould is a four-time cancer survivor having been first diagnosed in college at age 21.

Eileen was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio and attended college in California and lived the first 15 years of her adult life in San Francisco. There she served on the Boards of the Better Health & Cancer Care Programs as well as the National Junior Tennis and Learning Network Foundation

 Currently Eileen is an active volunteer at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) where she is the Founder and Patient Editor of the MSK Bridges Newsletter since its inception in 2008. Bridges is a quarterly publication for cancer patients and caregivers to share their stories of hope and inspiration. She also is a current volunteer in the MSK Patient and Caregiver Peer Support Program which connects volunteers with newly diagnosed patients and caregivers and offers support.  Eileen also founded and oversaw the MSK Art Expressions Program from 2011-2015 bringing art classes into the hospital for out-patients and their caregivers.

In 2014, Eileen was awarded the United Hospital Fund Achievement Award for her volunteer work at MSK.  In 2016, Eileen and her husband created a fund at MSK to support research in cancer survivorship in the area of late-effects of cancer therapy.

 

Andrew Ceisler is a Principal at Blue Square, and Director of Asset Management. In addition to his role working with High Net Worth individuals, he sits on the firm’s Investment Committee.

Prior to joining Blue Square, Andy was an Account Vice President, Financial Advisor, and Portfolio Manager for the JB Wealth Management Group at UBS. He began his career in 1992 and spent 17 years in Asset Management as a Portfolio Manager working for Smith Barney, Citigroup, Legg Mason, and Neuberger Berman, where he managed customized portfolios for High Net Worth individuals and Institutions. He received his B.A. cum laude with High Honors from Brandeis University, and his MBA from NYU-Stern School of Business.

Andy lives in Westport, CT with his wife Lauren and two teenage children. In his free time, Andy volunteers his time coaching youth sports in town, and as a past age group Softball Commissioner. He also enjoys tennis, skiing, and traveling with his family.
